By accessing or using Mira, the AI coaching service provided by Kin Folk, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Kin Folk”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Mira is an AI coach for focused, ongoing coaching conversations about your work, your goals, and your life. Coaching is not therapy. Mira is not a therapist, counselor, medical professional, or crisis service. She does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological advice, and she is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mira. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use Mira to: (a) engage in illegal activity; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit the AI system; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
All content, technology, and materials associated with Mira and Kin Folk are owned by Kin Folk, Inc. Your conversations with Mira are your own, but the underlying technology, design, and brand remain our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your conversations and other information you provide. You grant Kin Folk a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display that information as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service. This license does not permit us to use your conversations to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Mira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Mira will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Mira’s responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kin Folk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mira. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mira at any time, with or without cause. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@trymira.coach.
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of Mira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator seated in Wilmington, Delaware, unless the applicable rules require a location more convenient for you. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis; you and Kin Folk each waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration, and each waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court, or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
